- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp capers drained
- Frying oil such as vegetable or canola oil
- Salad greens for serving
- 8 slider buns cut in half and toasted
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
